- can I post the articles individually to a Blog or website? I don’t really understand the system, do I need a Html code or program to ‘bring up’ each article – and would that be compatible with wordpress? really confused!

I want to pull post titles, post dates, and post text from my database backup of wordpress.. does anyone have a link to a tutorial on this?

While logging in to the mysql_admin of my database at smallbusiness a/c the error- #2003 – The server is not responding is comming out. It happens for all the database related tools like wordpress blog phpBB forum too.
Before one hour every thing was fine. I have not log in and changed any thing today. But this error came suddenly. Is yahoo database server not working? or any other problem?

On the same MYSQL database but different URLs? Or would that mess things up…

I am about to create a database to upload WordPress to. once this is setup correctly, will wordpress open immediately when the url is opened?

So I am a web designer, I design web sites in Photoshop and then I create HTML code. I am great with static web sites but I am not very good at web programming (PHP) and I would like to learn it but really cannot find much time for it lately. So my question is is there a way for me to create my own design in Photoshop/Dreamweaver and then use my own design with CMS solutions like WordPress, Joomla etc… The point is I want to create database websites and update them trough CMS but have my own design used and not those templates that you can find on web for Joomla for example. So is this possible and which CMS solution do you recommend: Joomla, WordPress or some other? Thanks
