I like WordPress, but it has a VERY limited selection of themes. I’d do Blogger but creating your own pages is too tricky for me at the moment (not much of an HTML person). Does anyone know of a site or a good layout that has pages ‘preinstalled” in the layout?
In my freewebs website, it says to put in “blog url” for my blog. What is that? If I don’t put in the right URL then it won’t let people apply comments. So PLEASE help me & tell me what a “blog URL” is & what I should put in it? If you don’t know, any other suggestions? I do not want suggestions like; wordpress or anything like that! Thaanks(:

I’m a print graphic designer slowly teaching myself about web design. I will probably use a template as it is for a small business (printing company). I don’t know dreamweaver that well. And I’m not sure if I should use a content management site like wordpress or not. How do I begin re-designing it? Do I need an ftp? A hosting account?
Which of them do you prefer? And if I want to design my blog, do I need to know something about HTML or can I just make a background and header and then upload it or something.
I am working on a website on WordPress, with Buddypress. I am using Cube Points, and I need a store for it. Does anyone know how to make that happen, possibly a code?
When I was doing 2 codes a site recommended, I turned the page maker in WordPress to HTML instead of Visual, and it still did not work.
I need step to step directions on this.
I REALLY need help.
I’d like customize it as much as possible so it blends with the rest of the site, and would like it to handle a couple blogs. I can handle HTML coding, but I’d rather deal with canned packages at this point.
My host has Fantastico, and my choices are:
1) b2evolution
2) Nucleus
3) WordPress

So, I’m hosting a blog on WordPress (a free blog, not a self hosted one) and I recently added an RSS widget through feedburner. Everything is working fine, except I want to know what exactly I need to do to get my audio up.
I recently found an eHow article on how to add mp3 audio to your blog, and using the code will be no problem, but will doing it that way allow RSS Subscribers to listen to or find the audio on iTunes and whatnot as well? Or do I need to do something else?
